SICK OF BEING SICK !



Well hey guys... I'm so sorry I was so busy doing some unexplainable things ..
So, I'm sick today.. and luckily it's Sunday FUNDAY ! and today, we're going to talk about the loss when we're sick and how to avoid them !

LET'S START IT !!!!

1.I don't like being sick... because I can't eat ice cream, chocolate, and some delicious things a.k.a lol but i'm serious guys... I'm flu now .. so you guys should know how it fells when you can't breath at night :( and last night I was asking to myself, can I dead because of flu ? I mean I can't breath and how if I sleep and I can't breath and just die .... BAM !! back to the topic ! TO AVOID : Try to eat healthy while you're sick, you will get the benefits later :) You have to control yourself, and mind. Don't do anything you're not supposed to do, and just get healthier really soon.

2.We're not supposed to shampoo our hair, but I often shampoo my hair when I'm sick.. and then I get my hair dry with hair dryer, and after a while I get some headache :( TO AVOID : Have you tried using dry shampoo? well just try ! or if you can't get one, you can wash your hair with warm water, don't use cold water because you'll get more sickness! And try to fry your hair as fast as you can so you wouldn't get headache.

3.What kind of rest? Well... We all need some rest, especially for you who always busy with your life, doing something, working all day, and some other stuffs.. TO AVOID : ALL YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IS YOU NEED TIME TO REST, the more activities you did than the more time to rest you need too :) remember HEALTHY IS EVERYTHING

4.You have to stay home? Skip school? But how about the lessons? Well the answer is here... You may need 1-2 days to rest, but you gotta follow the lesson at school.. Well here TO AVOID : take some rest at the morning until 9-12am and you have to ask your friend for the lesson, or is there any homework or assignment to do. Then do it, if there is no homework or assignment, read your book lesson, it helps a lot to chase what you lost. :)

5.What kind of activities you should do when you are sick? I think you need some workout, do some exercise in the morning, and do anything that makes you sweaty! THINK HEALTHY GUYS !!!

So that's all I think about being sick, I have to get healthy as soon as possible, because I have some middle test tomorrow, and to be honest, I was preparing a photoshoot for SPRING OUTFIT IDEAS but than.. BAM ! I'm sick ..
